This unforgettable bowl of barbecued pork and chicken dry-fried white noodles originated from the owner, Mr. Zhao’s grandfather—the first generation to come from Guangdong and start a business—who set up a street vendor in Kuching. For years, they’ve adhered to traditional Cantonese flavors, using homemade barbecued pork and chicken, along with a secret ancestral sauce, paired with dry-fried white noodles. This truly is a bowl of heartwarming, old-fashioned flavors.
而那碗让人眼前一亮的长春青面,则是第三代掌门人David赵先生的巧思。他花了数年时间试验配方,将新鲜菠菜搅碎融入面粉,再以纯手工制面,做出健康又弹牙的绿色面条。青面不仅是对传统的致敬,更是他对创新的坚持。
The eye-catching Chong Chun Green Noodles are the brainchild of third-generation owner David Zhao. He spent years experimenting with the recipe, blending fresh spinach into the flour and then hand-rolling the noodles to create healthy, chewy green noodles. The green noodles are not only a tribute to tradition but also a reflection of his commitment to innovation.



吃面时,赵先生笑容满满地坐下来跟我聊天,得知我是外地来访,还特别热情地送上两碗试吃——炖了10小时的羊肉汤与牛肉汤。汤头浓郁香醇,没有膻味,喝下去整个人暖起来了,诚意十足!
While we were eating noodles, Mr. Zhao sat down to chat with me, beaming. Upon learning I was visiting from out of town, he enthusiastically offered me two bowls to sample: lamb and beef broth, each simmered for 10 hours. The broth was rich and fragrant, without any hint of mutton. It warmed my heart, a true heartfelt gesture!
