Western, Coffee
Breakfast at Nook Cafe was simple but satisfying — Egg on Toast (RM14) with Parmesan focaccia sprinkled on top of scrambled eggs. Add in chicken sausages and paired with a Hot Latte (RM12) for Jen and a Flat White (RM12) for me.

The eggs were creamy, the focaccia soft with a gentle crunch, and the sausages nicely savoury without being salty.

But what really stood out was the coffee — smooth, nutty, and aromatic with a balanced roast that lingered pleasantly.

It’s an uncomplicated plate done well. Everything cooked just right, and the focaccia adds a lovely artisanal touch. But the coffee is what brings people back here. The nutty, slightly caramel undertones give it character without overpowering the palate — the kind of brew you’d want to start every morning with.
Score: 8.8/10
M – Meal Value (8.3): Fair pricing for quality breakfast and excellent coffee.
V – Vibe & Venue (8.9): Warm, rustic interior with that relaxed KK café charm.
X – X-Factor (9.2): The coffee — distinct, nutty, and memorable.
