No need go ABC Brickworks anymore, Jason Penang Cuisine is here at Clementi. Authentic Penang CKT, quite close to how I would fry CKT at home but have some way to catch up with Penang masters such as Ah Leng, Tiger, Winnie....
Maybe a bit more wok hei like Outram Park (sans the sweet dark sauce) and this will be much better
