In Japan they have A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef. In Korea they have 1++ Hanwoo Beef. At HWASEOL Yeonnam is was cooked over a charcoal grill, it was simply delish!
This restaurant even served spicy raw crabs as a side dish.
The 1++ Hanwoo Beef is a must try if you like Korean beef bbq as this is the best quality beef you can find here. To maximise efficiency, we picked this restaurant in Hongdae so that this was part of our full day Hongdae experience.
I really liked the basil sauce they provided to go with with the Hanwoo Beef. The beef was smokey, melt in your mouth and with each mouthful, you just wanted more.
