梳邦二旧正阳茶餐室里，由缅甸厨师掌厨的小炒档，水准真心不错 👏
其实新旧正阳都有小炒档，但两边都试过后，还是旧店这档更合我胃口，味道、火候都更稳。
点了一份我每次必吃的福建鸳鸯
Inside the Restoran Zheng Yang, is a stir-fry stall helmed by a Myanmarese chef, that is truly excellent! 👏 Actually, both the old and new Zheng Yang locations have stir-fry stalls, but after trying both, I still prefer this one at the old shop; the flavor and cooking time are more consistent.

酱油比例调到刚刚好，是我喜欢的那种咸香平衡，而且焖得非常入味，每一口都有锅气 👍
I ordered my must-try, the Hokkien Mixed Soy Sauce. The soy sauce ratio was just right, the perfect balance of salty and savory, and it was incredibly flavorful, with a wonderful wok hei (wok aroma) in every bite! 👍

另外也加点了 Makcik 的沙爹肉串
全是瘦肉，没有鸡皮，烤得微焦带香，配上花生酱，一样满足。
I also ordered Makcik’s Satay Skewers. All lean meat, no chicken skin, grilled to a slightly charred and fragrant perfection, served with peanut sauce—equally satisfying.

有时候在茶餐室里，最惊喜的就是这些“隐藏版小炒” ❤️
简单一餐，也可以吃得很有水准。
Sometimes, the most delightful surprises in a kopitiam are these “hidden gem” stir-fries ❤️ A simple meal can still be incredibly delicious.
