In the same childhood coffeeshop, 92 Fatt Kee Restaurant, we found a new tenant!
My family frequented this place at least weekly since the early 2000s. Things changed after Covid; they closed down.

There was the big 3 back then at this coffee shop – the CKT, the roasted duck and chicken rice (Alex) and the beauty pan mee.

We saw some social media posts about Ah Seong CKT and decided to have a go. To our surprise, Ah Seong is occupying the very spot of the another CKT uncle from the early 2000s.

Ah Seong is a 4th gen CKT franchise – since 1988. I got extra raw hum to go along with the charcoal fried plate of goodness.

Very respectable at 7/10. I still find Robert’s better. But that was at least 2 years ago (Robert’s).
