Chiefeater Hedges Liang had minced pork koay teow th’ng at Hock Poh Lye Cafe and still finds that instant-cooked version the best

Yong Tau Foo, Street Food
Yesterday afternoon, we had Yong Tau Foo at the popular Fong Fong Yong Tau Foo in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur which is one of my favourite spots for this delicacy. Another favourite is the stall at Madras Lane, off Petaling Street. Parking is limited in the area, so it is best to avoid visiting during lunch hours.

Our bill at Fong Fong came to RM70.50 (inclusive of service tax) for 26 pieces of stuffed tofu and vegetables, along with dumplings and drinks. At RM2.30 per piece it was a good deal considering the size of the stuffing.
