By chance, I stumbled upon a stall at the Padang Brown food court that has been serving pork innards soup for three generations.
误打误撞,发现在熟食档口里已经传承三代的清汤猪杂。。刚巧遇到早上11点刚开档他们,煮着一大锅的猪肺,猪血,猪大肠,猪肚和花腩肉,周边还有很多酿豆腐,烧猪脸,猪膀胱(还头一回见到这东东),猪腰和各种蔬菜类共选择。立刻拿起碗,选择自己喜欢的猪杂,白切的猪杂点上他们的辣椒甜酱超级美味!
They happened to open at 11 AM, and there was a large pot simmering with pork lungs, pork blood, pork intestines, pork stomach, and pork belly. There were also various items like stuffed tofu, roasted pig's face, pig's bladder (which I saw for the first time), pig's kidney, and a selection of vegetables. I immediately grabbed a bowl and chose my favourite pork offal. The combination of the sliced mixed pork offal with their chili and sweet sauce was incredibly delicious!
