双溪毛糯新村工业区,藏着不少惊喜美食,其中就有这一家我常去的 168 Thai Restaurant。它的位置有点隐秘,在店屋后排,不熟门路的人还真不容易发现。因为这一带含猪肉的中泰大炒餐馆并不多,所以这几年我都成了常客。最让我念念不忘的,就是他们家的 咸鱼花腩煲,咸香入味,花腩肥瘦相间,拌饭简直是一碗接一碗停不下来。

Their salted fish and pork belly hotpot is incredibly savory and flavorful, with a perfect balance of fat and lean pork belly. It's so delicious that I can't stop eating it with rice.


今晚晚餐,除了必点的咸鱼花腩煲,还特别试了老板推荐的 娘惹蒸鱼,带着泰式的酸辣风味又混合娘惹的独特香料,酸爽开胃,别有一番风味。本来想点平时常吃的芭古野菜,可惜今天卖完了,老板贴心介绍了 三峇菜苗,果然辣香惹味,清脆爽口,也是一道很下饭的菜。
For dinner tonight, in addition to the must-try salted fish and pork belly hotpot, I also tried the owner's recommended Nyonya steamed fish.
