Indian
Food delivery from 3V’s Bistro this time featured the Murtabak Kambing and Mee Goreng. Both items were excellent.
Jen had the Mee Goreng and noted it was very well seasoned. She prefers her noodles on the soft side, which is exactly how they were prepared. Her only small critique was that it would have been even better with the addition of tauhu goreng. Interestingly, she took the pickled onions intended for the murtabak and added them to her mee goreng for an extra tang.

The murtabak was sizable and quite meaty within it. I requested fish curry to complement my murtabak, as that is my personal preference, and the combination worked perfectly.
