Mention Kam Loong at 888 Food Court, most Kuantan folks will know of this roast chicken / roast duck / roast pork / char siew rice stall. They have been operating since the 1980s and still growing strong. This stall is handled by the son in law while the one at Lot 66 Foodcourt is manned by the father in law.
The one thing I love most about Kam Loong chicken rice is their chap (bean paste sauce) which is poured into the rice. It has the special taste that other places don't. — at 888 Foodcourt.
