Chiefeater KC Yan indulged in some Lebanese cuisine at Al Amar Pavilion KL

Japanese, Pork-Free
Driving around TTDI, I can't help but notice a surge of Japanese eateries in the suburb from Rahim Kajai through to Aminuddin Baki. We are truly spoilt for choice although I can't say the same in Melbourne!
We settled for Aburii Yakiniku situated in Datuk Sulaiman on that Saturday night and was greeted at the door and was led upstairs to a private room for 2. Ambience was slightly dimmer than usual and slightly quiet for a Saturday night. Nevertheless, we definitely had a good time, laughing with the attentive staff.
They had some promotions being offered and that made it easier to make decisions. The sashimi was super fresh and reasonably priced. The wagyu beef set had different cuts and we took our time with that as well. We also ordered sake, finished a bottle with another for the next visit...looks like we'll be back!
