Found a little restaurant at Island 88, Aunty Q Recipes Kitchen. Oops, cannot say little because they got so many dishes to choose from. Really. I never see so many dishes in one restaurant.
Very interesting menu. I ordered pork lard with luncheon meat and Bang Kuang Char. The pork lard was crunchy enough but the sauce was on the sweeter side.
Bang Kuang Char (stir fried yam bean) also on the sweet side.
