Indian
One thing I like about this banana leaf restaurant is that it has a muhibbah spirit. Co-founder of this restaurant is a Chinese and most of their staff are Malay and most of their Malay too and they serve Indian cuisine.

And of course there are numbers of Indian customers follow by Chinese like me and others! Somehow their dishes taste as good as those selling purely Indian dishes!

Tony Lim is the co-founder of BananaBro, a banana leaf restaurant chain he started in 2018. He is an experienced F&B entrepreneur who also co-founded Boat Noodle and previously set up a Chatime franchise in Cambodia.
In 5 years, BananaBro has grown to over 30 outlets nationwide and made RM70 million in revenue in 2023, with EBIDTA margins around the 15%-20% range. The business is still actively expanding and is looking to take their store count to 60 by 2026.
