Western, Pork-Free
While searching for an early breakfast spot in Bangsar Shopping Centre, I stumbled upon Baristart Coffee Malaysia. Although their Google and FB listing stated an 8:00 am opening, they actually open at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:50 am, and to their credit, the staff graciously allowed me to sit and wait until they were ready to serve.

For breakfast, I ordered the 3 Egg Omelette with Truffle (RM33), which turned out to be a rich, satisfying dish. The omelette was silky, perfectly cooked, and infused with the earthy aroma of truffle, elevating it beyond a simple egg dish. Portion-wise, it was substantial, and by the time I finished, I was well and truly stuffed.

Alongside the meal, I had a coffee, which was decent though not particularly a standout. Baristart Coffee Malaysia provided a pleasant breakfast experience, with a welcoming atmosphere and a dish that was both indulgent and filling.
