There are 3 must-try signature dishes, Claypot Taro and Fish Head Rice Noodles, Pork Fried Meehoon and Pig’s Knuckles with Vinegar. Everything is excellent, especially the pork meehoon. The fried meehoon are simmered until they are delicious and not greasy. It’s super good!
