MJ SS3 Kopitiam brings its Chee Cheong Fun in from Ipoh, but it was the Turnip Roll dipped into curry sauce that caught my attention

Scratching our heads on where to eat at Sunway, we decided to have lunch at Black Tap Suwnay, the American styled diner. To our surprise, they had rather enticing Set Lunch options that is available from 11 am to 3 pm daily. The set lunch offerings priced at RM29, promised a satisfying combo of food and drink. Opting for the hot dog selections, Jen chose the Mexican hot dog, while I went for the Carolina variant. Both the dogs used beef sausages.
Mexican Beef Chili Hotdog
smoked corned beef hotdog, mexican beef chili, all american cheese sauce, frizzled
onion served with idoho fries
Carolina Hotdog
smoked corned beef hotdog, bbq pulled beef, buttermilk coleslaw, cilantro served
with idaho fries

The meat quality of sausage was good, having a nice firm bite when our teeth sank into it. The BBQ pulled beef in the Carolina however was sweetish. Sweet meat is something I personally dislike. But if that’s up your alley, then go for it. The Mexican hotdog was savoury and lovely. That’s what I would go for when I go back there.

We also had a Queso and Chips (RM36++) which was also quite food. The Pico de Gallo dip had a nice savoury taste that complemented well with the chips.

It seems that Black Tap Sunway has a space upstairs for private events too.
