Bucks Cafe Genting SkyWorlds 5 Course Meal
Post by Chiefeater Jennifer Ong
Food Tasting continued at 2pm with Chef Casey Jerusalem at Bucks Cafe Genting SkyWorlds. Chef Casey prepared a 5-Course menu of his signature dishes including a newly created dessert!
I enjoyed the Beef Taco appetiser. Simple yet tasty and refreshing.
The Clam Chowder soup was a tad bit salty for me.
The Brine Salmon Salad was really nice! Loved the combination of the asparagus and caviar with the salmon.
My favourite was the main - Chilean Seabass with Burnt Butter Sauce. Simply amazing!! The burnt butter sauce went so well with the seabass. And it literally melted in my mouth!!
Chef also made a special dessert for me - Banana Mousse with Mango Sorbet with a touch of Ice Age deco!
