Potatoes, Pork-Free
Hunting for one of my favourite - potatoes... coupled with a contest to join. i saw on the MY Potatoes USA FB page that they are having a potatoes fiesta where a few different restaurants will be using their USA potatoes to prepare great dishes. since i love potatoes, decided to go and try it at Carrotfish. beside i want to join the contest.
Carrotfish has two kind of USA potatoes dish. the hash and egg pocket and the crispy meatball with mashed potatoes. since i love meatballs, for sure i took the latter.
RM20.00. very nice presentation and oh well, taste was nice too. love it. more about it in the pictures.
the meatball was not so crispy but it's all right as i don't like crispy meatball. haha. it's just nice for me. so much er... is it cilantro (or parsley) spread on top. mashed potatoes tasted very good.
the meatball quite good... the topping on top (same... cilantro too?) tasted very good.

the drinks i took there. xinergy straw keeper - with strawberry orange honeydew apple. RM13.00. very nice. i try before xinergy drink bought from hin bus depot different flavours.

since it was raining so heavy i can't go home so i order any drink after finished everything. hot latte with salted caramel. RM14.00

the restaurant was not busy at all. in fact when i walked in, two ladies also walked in but they left before i finished my food and while i was there for more than one hour, no customers came in at all. i notice there are two staff and they are foreigners.
you have to pick your order then go to the counter and place your order and pay at the same time; go back your table and wait for the food. this cafe is actually a 'healthy' cafe serving healthy dishes like brown rice, quinoa. even the drinks like they are serving cold pressed juice and kombucha.
