Mr. Zheng said, "As long as you buy seafood ingredients from here, we will cook them for you for free." He owns his own seafood specialty store, and to show appreciation to his customers, he has hired several Chinese chefs to cook the seafood purchased from the store without any additional cooking charges, saving customers quite a bit of money.
First of all, I want to commend their fish bone soup. They use pure large fish bones and baby Spanish mackerel to boil the fish soup, resulting in a non-fishy, creamy white and fresh soup. They add various daily discounted seafood options from their store, such as large prawns, garoupa fish fillet, garoupa fish stomach, clams, fish maw, seven-star grouper fish meat, deep-fried white pomfret fish meat, SJK fish balls/fish cakes, squid, crabs, lobsters, and more. You can choose to have it with rice noodles or rice, and a bowl of flavorful and luxurious seafood noodles / porridge will be served before you. Personally, I highly recommend trying their signature dishes prepared by the chefs, including the must-try spicy boiled fish, spicy shark skin, flavorful clams, spicy crab, Portuguese-style golden pomfret fish/Saba fish, and deep-fried baby snapper. I've heard that the owner is planning to introduce a charcoal-cooked fish head pot, and I'm looking forward to it!
