Raised in specific regions of the country, Hanwoo cattle are smaller and rarer than other breeds, making their beef highly sought after. The meat is known for its beautiful marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour, which enhances its overall taste. Hanwoo beef’s high quality rivals that of wagyu, and it’s considered one of the best in the world due to its unique texture and melt-in-your-mouth experience. And you can get it at CHU by Chef Nickt in SS2.
