Bak Kut Teh, Non-Halal
The weather was chilly, so I decided to stop the car and have dinner while watching the traffic jam. Ah Ping Bah Kut Teh is an old and renowned restaurant is located near the NPE in Subang Jaya. The unique herbal soup base is unforgettable after trying it. In order to preserve the authentic taste of Bak Kut Teh, I usually don’t order the clay pot version; the bowl version is the true Bak Kut Teh.
The lean meat from the pork trotter is not tough and doesn’t get stuck in your teeth, and the intestines have no unpleasant odor. It’s delicious! Along this row of old shops, there are at least 5 Bak Kut Teh restaurants, but I happen to particularly enjoy Ah Ping Bak Kut Teh.
