Lor Mee is now my go-to for breakfast whenever I am in Singapore. This morning I am at Clementi 448 Market & Food Centre for Lor Mee. It's strange. I never really fancied this gooey sticky noodle for most of my life until early this year when buddies posted pictures of a couple famous lor mee in Penang with huge chunks of pork leg several months ago.

Lor Mee here does not come with chunky piggy leg with globs of fat n skin but nevertheless I now love the black vinegar n minced garlic sauce in the gooey savoury gravy. The more 'atas' lormee here serve shark nuggets whilst others have some dory fish nuggets, thin pork slices, fish cake and ngorhiang.
