一走到柜台前,真的会选择困难症发作,因为这里的配料实在太丰富了!除了常见配料,还有亚三蒲鱼、咖喱苏东、咖喱啦啦、咖喱山猪肉、咖喱猪皮、咖喱鸡杂、炸苏东、炒西蛤、白灼八爪魚等,每一样看起来都超诱人。喜欢什么就加什么,可以直接加入面里,也可以单点小份享用。
Walking up to the counter at Curry Noodles House, you will really suffer from a choice overload because the toppings here are incredibly abundant! Besides the common ingredients, there are Assam stingray, curry squid, curry clams, curry wild boar meat, curry pig skin, curry chicken giblets, fried squid, stir-fried cockles, and blanched octopus. Every single one looks super tempting. Add whatever you like; you can have it mixed directly into your noodles or ordered separately as a small side dish.

朋友最喜欢招牌咖喱面,浓郁咖喱汤底香气十足,越吃越开胃。她觉得干咖喱面稍微偏甜一些,但我反而爱上了这碗干咖喱面。面条裹满浓郁酱汁,配料也毫不马虎,尤鱼、猪皮、猪血、豆腐卜样样齐全,吃起来特别满足。

She felt the dry curry mee was slightly on the sweeter side, but I unexpectedly fell in love with it. The noodles are coated in a thick sauce, and the ingredients are by no means neglected—squid, pig skin, pig blood curd, and tofu puffs are all present, making it exceptionally satisfying to eat.

另外加点了一碗粿条汤,汤头非常 Rich,充满猪骨与海鲜的鲜甜味,大块猪肉碎、鱼丸和猪皮铺满整碗,诚意十足。
We also ordered an extra bowl of kway teow soup. The broth is very rich, bursting with the fresh sweetness of pork bones and seafood. Generous chunks of minced pork, fish balls, and pig skin cover the entire bowl, showing true sincerity.

如果问我今晚最推荐什么?那一定是他们家的 亚三蒲鱼!酸度与咸度拿捏得刚刚好,鱼肉鲜嫩入味,配着面一起吃特别过瘾,绝对值得加点。
If you ask me what I recommend most tonight, it must be their Assam stingray! The balance of sourness and saltiness is handled just right, and the fish meat is fresh, tender, and deeply flavorful. Eating it along with the noodles is incredibly satisfying—definitely worth adding on.
