Chicken Chop Rice
Curry Mee
Rojak
Dinner at New Soon Soon Lai Restaurant turned out to be quite challenging. Cheras had nothing to do with Cold Play, yet I got stuck in traffic for almost 2.5 hours before reaching home to find something to eat for dinner. Even my behind felt flattened and larger after sitting for so long.
Anyway, not everything was bad. I discovered this eating place in Shamelin that has been around for some time but somehow managed to stay off my radar.
It seems there are over 20 stalls here, but not all were open at night. I assume the morning session will have all of them operating. I ordered kway chap, chicken chop rice, curry noodles, and rojak. How was it? I'd say it was reasonably good, rating it around 6.5/10. I might come back again in the morning to explore more. Okay, that's all. Viva La Vida!
