Had a wonderful dinner experience at Tosca the Italian Trattoria. Wanted to try something different so we ordered the Quarttro Fromage and it was definitely an interesting pizza with contrasting flavours of gorgonzola, grana panado and taleggio. Loved the sauce that came with the crispy seabass giving it a very flavourful Asian twist to the fish dish.

No dinner is complete without dessert and I really enjoyed not just watching the Sicilian orange cake flambeed at the table but also every spoonful of the warm moist orange cake contrasting with the cold vanilla ice cream.
A very enjoyable dinner!
