Burger
Back at E@T Restaurant Puchong for dinner since I thought their gems were in their meaty stuff.
The dinner crowd packed the restaurant.

The Pig & Cow Burger was excellent; the beef patty was juicy and firm with a nice bite. Honestly, the bacon didn’t really help, and neither did the onion ring inside the burger.

While the burger bun did not disintegrate, the lower bun was actually a bit thin. Those aside, it was a delicious burger which I thoroughly enjoyed. The proprietor mentioned they make their own beef patties.

The Cheese Baked Mushrooms With Truffle Sauce was good too, featuring generous amounts of mushroom. However, the clear winner of the night was the burger. This visit definitely solidified my view that their strength is in their butchery and meat dishes.

Pig & Cow Burger: RM38.00
Cheese Baked Mushrooms With Truffle Sauce: RM43.00
Total: RM95.10 (Including 10% Service Charge and 6% SST)
Average Spend: RM47.55 per pax (without drinks)
Score: 8.1/10
M – Meal Value
The Pig & Cow Burger offers high value for the quality of the beef patty. While the truffle mushroom dish is priced slightly higher than the burger, the generous portions of premium ingredients across both items make the RM47.55 per head spend very reasonable for a specialty meat dinner.
Score: 8.0/10
V – Venue & Vibes
The contemporary, open-concept layout of the Verva South location remains a strong point. It provides a comfortable, clean atmosphere that works well for a casual but high-quality meat-focused dinner.
Score: 8.0/10
X – X-Factor
The X-factor is how tasty the beef patty was. Finding a patty that is both juicy and firm with a proper “bite” is rare, and it confirms that the restaurant’s butchery roots give them a significant edge in meat preparation over standard bistros.
Score: 8.5/10
