Have you all tried Pork Knuckle HKM? This is one of my favourite from Han Hokkien Mee at Fatt Kee Kopitiam. The pork knuckle was not the only thing that I was attracted to, but also the soup itself; It was Sweet and flavourful. Especially the flavour of the prawn. Seems like surround in front of you.
