Nasi Lemak, Cakes, Pork-Free
Four Leaves Bakery & Restaurant which is located within GAMA Supermarket, is an “institution” to those “Older” orang Pulau Pinang. And is one of the Better (non POSH) place to have good bread, cakes as well as some Coffee House food. My daughter must have when even we are at GAMA is their Double Cheese Bun.
What would have been a trip over the channel to savour CKT turn out to be unfruitful even at 11 am Monday! at the not so popular, the other Siam Road CKT, the Kopi Tiam was jam packed with many may ppl waiting…….. 😭😭😭.
So we headed to the Evergreen GAMA supermarket (our actual destination for this cross channel trip) to the Four Leaf Cafe as a consolation.
We had, Nasi Lemak, Hor Fun and their Cakes.
The Simple Looking Nasi Lemak is interestingly deceptive, missing was peanut, ikan bilis and Sambal, it’s serve with Superb Chicken Curry, Potatoes n Boil Egg. Delicious, every single drop of the gravy. Go early. They sell out fast.
Four Leaves Bakery & Restaurant and bakery are definitely among the best in Penang, very reasonable price as well for its quality.
Frankly I prefer this place over others posher place to enjoy the cakes.
