A full day meeting at Gai by Darren Chin M Resort Hotel. This restaurant is nestled in the serene surroundings of M Resort. The venue itself exuded elegance, but it was the food and service that truly made the day.
The day began with a warm morning service featuring sandwiches and Darren Chin’s famed croissants. These golden, flaky creations were delicious and set the tone what we would expect that day.

Lunch was an absolute highlight, showcasing Gai’s specials, with the standout being the crab omelette, a beautiful homage to the dish popularised by Bangkok’s iconic Raan Jay Fai. All the dishes were well executed and brought bold flavours and textures to the table.
Green Mango Salad

Southern Style Hatyai Fried Free Range Chicken

Signature Deep Fried Seabass

Mama Nuanta’s Thai Green Curry

“Wok hei” Kangkung

“Wok hei” Kai Lan

Lady Boss Nana Signature Tom Yum Seafood

Gai’s Signature Crab Omelette

Tea break was equally thoughtful, maintaining the high standards set earlier. The service throughout the day was impeccable — attentive, professional, and friendly. If you are looking foe a venue for a day long corporate meeting, let Gai by Darren Chin M Resort Hotel bookend your meeting with memorable meals and service.
