最近我又发现一个新档口 ——「阿良炒粿条」，吃过后直接加入我的回头名单！
档主 CK 才入行短短数个月，竟然可以炒出这样的水准，真的让我惊喜。跟他聊过后才知道，原来他对食材新鲜度很坚持，也会认真听食客们的建议再慢慢改进，所以慢慢累积了不少华人和印度人食客的口碑 👍
这里的炒粿条最加分的是：
✔️ Wok气够香
✔️ 粿条炒得干身不油
✔️ 酱油和辣椒酱都是自己调配
他说，每一碟炒粿条他都是用心去炒，把每个顾客都当成自己家人 ❤️
而我这种吃炒粿条很挑剔的人，
要求：少豆芽、少辣、只要粿条，再加生蛤铺顶 😂
这一盘真的有中！
