Chicken Rice, Non-Halal

I recently stumbled upon a chicken rice restaurant from my hometown, “Good Fortune Chicken Rice” This spot, run by a young couple from Bentong, opened in Kepong at Fortune Centra. We decided to check out their signature chicken rice and experience the special dining rules they have for their dishes.
After the meal, we all agreed that both the “Yi Lau Poached Chicken” and the signature soy sauce chicken were outstanding. The chicken was silky smooth and tender. Following the Bentong-style chicken rice tradition, the rice grains were softer yet packed with flavor. We also tried the salad chicken chop—crispy fried chicken paired with salad dressing, a dish that the kids are bound to love. Another must-try is their Thai-style chicken feet with glass noodles—its sweet and sour flavor is incredibly refreshing and truly whets the appetite.
