Lately, there was some discussion about the best Kai See Hor Fun (KSHF) in KL. I didn’t comment because I have my regular go-to place, Guang Ji Ho Fun & Chicken Rice in Jalan San Peng. This no-frills stall is located by the roadside, so parking is ad hoc. Drive a small car so you can park by the kerb. The hor fun is smooth, broth tasty.
I usually also order a plate of fat ngah choy, steamed chicken thigh, braised taufu and chicken legs (super nice cos so tasty, plus the skin peels off smoothly). A meal like this for 2 pax costs around RM40.

I keep thinking I should try the Kai See Hor Fun in other places too but this hits the spot for me, so I keep coming back here. Worth giving this a try if you are in the vicinity but be warned, this place can be quite packed during lunch hour.
Ambience: 4/10
Taste: 8/10
Cost: 7/10 (RM8.50 per bowl)
