Baked Chicken, Non-Halal
Been wanting to try the chicken at Half Acre Restaurant from so long ago but the timing is always not right. At last I’m here. Ordered original flavour baked chicken. Nice texture and flavour. Love the chicken skin. But the star of the dish is not the meat nor the skin. Is the bowl of chicken essence
So light yet good flavour and not oily at all . Yummy yummy yummy.
