Roti Titab, Pork-Free
I came upon Hanana Station while checking out what to eat in Bukit Puchong and noticed they had Roti Titab on the menu. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try. I had heard about this interesting sounding dish when Chiefeater Kang Tai Lee wrote about it.

Roti Titab is a breakfast dish that originated from Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It consists of thick, fluffy slices of bread topped with a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg and a generous spread of kaya (coconut jam). It's a unique combination that offers a satisfying mix of textures and flavours.

The Roti Titab (RM6) at Hanana Station was just as I hoped—thick yet fluffy, providing a nice contrast to the rich, creamy kaya and the runny egg. It was a simple yet delightful dish that made for a great start to the day. The Teh Tarik (RM3), though, was just alright. Nothing to write home about but decent enough to accompany the meal.

What added a unique touch to the experience was the presence of a busker performing at the restaurant in the morning. It’s not something you see every day, and it added a lively, cheerful ambiance to the place.
The Roti Titab at Hanana Station is worth a try if you're in Bukit Puchong, especially if you're curious about this Kelantanese specialty. And this is one area where parking is easily available.
