Late lunch with friends today at this 红粤酒家 Ho-Me Palace in Plaza Arkadia. Their peppercorn pig stomach with chicken soup was simply awesome, I would say one of the best I have tasted. It’s perfectly seasoned without being overtly spicy, very comforting to have on rainy days. The Iberico ribs were not bad but it reminded me of Western cuisine due to the herbs they use to sprinkle on top. Do check them out if you are looking for good Chinese cuisine. They also serve dim sum from morning.
