Trying out the curry ccf which is a new dish at Hoi Sum Kopitiam. The ccf stall is owned by Volcano Curry Mee.

The ccf is silky smooth soaked in the curry broth. Most of the ccf curries are pathetically diluted. This one is from their curry mee which is thick and lemak.

After the lady boss had prepared the ccf for my wife, she moved to her curry mee stall to prepare the curry mee for me. She is the only one who knows how to tweak the curry broth to my liking.

The kopitiam was quite warm due to an overwhelming crowd because some of the kopitiams are closed today.
