香浓的牛骨汤配上滑顺的面条，份量超大
招牌必吃的是油脂香甜的厚切豬肉（白切肉），肉質柔軟細緻搭配水泡菜、辣泡菜真的很美味*有点小贵但真的必点

A Michelin Bib Gourmand rated restaurant hidden next to Gyeongbokgung Palace - Huang Shengjia Handmade Noodles and Dumplings. The large steamed dumplings made with 9 kinds of vegetables and chewy dumpling wrappers taste light.

The fragrant beef bone soup is paired with smooth noodles, and the portion is huge. The signature must-eat is the thick-cut pork (white cut meat) with oil and sweetness. The meat is soft and delicate. It is really delicious when paired with water kimchi and spicy kimchi. A bit expensive but a must-try.
