It was accompanied by kootu, poriyal, potato poriyal, salted dry chili, papadam, udupi pachadi, mango pickle, paruppu podi, thimpu pachadi, ghee, and fryums. The vibrant variety and authentic flavors made this a standout dish.

North Indian Special Thali with Butter Chicken Masala
This thali featured aromatic basmati rice, a choice of roti or naan, butter chicken masala, mixed vegetables, aloo chana masala, fried vegetables, dal tadka, achaar, roasted papad, and an Indian dessert. Each component was well-seasoned and complemented the others, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.

The overall flavor profile was excellent, with each dish showcasing a balance of spices and seasoning. The meats in the tandoori platter were especially notable for their succulent texture and deep marination.
