Char Kuey Teow, Non-Halal
food hunt for char koay teow (again!). siam rd uncle char koay teow. no, not the famous (some say over-rated) siam rd char koay teow but the one at Jin Cafe, corner of anson rd. also an old uncle, mr lim selling. i prefer his than the famous one. lots of wok hei in his CKT and he picked out the koay teow noodle for one plate first (like separating them out) before frying.
my CKT - extra prawns (6 pcs) and very spicy. as it is when it first came to me. you will notice the 'wok hei' on the prawns, right.
the normal one for my aussie friends. yeah their have egg. even so, they said it was a bit spicy.
