Chiefeater Luke Soon managed to get to Lucky Seng Restaurant to sample the roast chicken and char siew but the winner was the Choy Kiok

Street Food
My family and I had a meal at the newly opened (Dec 2025) JJ Food Court 东北好 in Taman Johor Jaya, JB. The food court is spacious with a great atmosphere and ample parking. There is a wide variety of food available from the different stalls.
Customers order and collect their food directly from the respective stalls. My wife ordered a small plate of char kuey teow (RM10), which she rated as quite good.

Our other dishes included popiah (RM8 for two pieces), oyster egg (RM13), Loh Mee (RM10), black pepper chicken chop (RM15), and pork noodle (RM10).
