Beef Noodles, Street Food, Non-Halal
This morning we had a very good beef soup without noodles from Khun Halim's shop named Super Bang Beef Noodles (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อตุ๋น ซุปเปอร์บัง). He is a Muslim and had work in Saudi Arabia. Originally from Bangkok but now operating this beef stall in Hatyai. He assured us that the beef is sourced from Halal suppliers.
We have been buying coffee from the Cart lady which is in front of this shop and this is the first time we have the beef soup here. On the way to the hotel we notice another new place operated by local Muslim serving local street food. Ingredients are from Halal origins.
