Beef Noodles, Non-Halal
I found a long-established Hainanese Beef Offal Noodles or Ngiu Chap shop, Kedai Cheng Wah, with a history of 60 years while searching on Google. After looking at the menu on the wall and wanting to try everything, I decided to order their all-inclusive Ngiu Chap Noodle, which is very reasonably priced at RM10. It includes braised pork belly, blanched beef tendons, beef tripe, raw beef slices, and beef balls. The broth is aromatic, and the addition of the savoury braised sauce over the noodles makes it delicious.
For those who are in Kota Kinabalu and have a fondness for beef dishes, I recommend this Ngiu Chap shop to all fellow foodies.
