来到斗湖，当地朋友说：「来到这里，一定要吃老字号生肉面。」
这次带我来到万文茶室，一家很多斗湖人从小吃到大的老字号生肉面。
一上桌就知道为什么这么多人推荐，满满一大碗猪杂，诚意十足。白切瘦肉片、猪腰、猪肝、猪肚、肉筋、粉肠，每一样都处理得新鲜，没有腥味，口感层次豐富。
最特别的是这碗汤。当地朋友告诉我，他们会在上桌前才加入咸菜，让咸菜的鲜香融入热腾腾的汤里，却不会盖过猪汤本身的鲜甜。喝起来带着淡淡的咸香，味道更有层次，也特别开胃。
当然，来到这里一定要配上一盘黑酱油捞面。据说这种甜咸风味的黑酱油捞面，几乎都是搭配生肉面一起卖，也是斗湖独有的吃法。简单拌一拌，黑酱油香甜可口，面条Q弹，让人一口接一口。
最后再来一杯沙巴咖啡乌，浓郁的咖啡香配上热腾腾的生肉面，就是最地道的斗湖早餐组合。
每到一个地方，我都喜欢跟着当地人吃。因为真正让人想念的，不一定是豪华大餐，而是这些陪伴当地人成长几十年的老味道。
斗湖，又让我爱上了一家生肉面。以后再来，我一定会再回来吃这一碗。
