At Kedai Makanan Seong Huat. Not many years ago, hawkers were allowed to roam around town or housing estates area selling their best cooked food direct to hungry customers. In the 50s, 60s or 70s, most people do not have convenient transportation like what we enjoyed now. Slowly these street hawkers were prohibited to do so then many were asked to moved to the Foodcourt or kopitiam and some rent a shop. Like what I had today was formerly from Argyll Road, from street to a corner lot of Argyll Road and now permanently operated at Kedai Makanan Seong Huat.
