1a. Moo Nao (one mouth)
Ear jelly/five spice/coriander. Interesting flavour, very light and soothing.
1b. Laab kua (one mouth full)
Northern Thai minced pork salad/ liver pate/romaine. Love the combination. The pork are very flavourful.

2. Ceviche (4 small mouth)
Prawn/fish of the day/green chilli. My favourite of the night. Yummy yummy yummy. The spiciness and the sourness are just nice for me.

3. Pla Mok (one full mouth)
Octopus taco/isaan vinaigrette. After the second course, this taste a bit normal liao

4. Tom Saab (one full mouth)
Short rib/sour spicy consommé. Love this dish too, especially the soup. The spiciness and sourness just nice for my taste bud.

5. Pirk kaeng pla ( 2 comfortable mouth)
Crispy scale grouper/ red chilli. The scales are really crispy. Yummy yummy

6. Ko Moo Yang (4 slices)
Jowl/charcoal grilled/nam jim jeaw. The pork are ok but not enough sauce

7. Khao kluk kapi (few mouth full)
Shrimp infused hom mali/duck liver lap cheong/river prawn. The combination was good. Interesting.

8. Ma Muang (few mouth full)
Coconut pana cotta/ Thai mango. Nice flavour especially the lemak of the coconut bump into the sweetness of the mango. Yummy yummy yummy

What a good ending. Surprisingly, feeling extremely full after all this food. Although it seems not much. Very satisfied.
