Private-dining Lunch today at Kojitsu Kitchen. Chef calls the shots on types of dishes but you can ask him to suggest an alternative dish, if you think that you want to change a dish. I asked for an alternative to Saba fish and was suggested Shisamo or pregnant fish.
Food was tasty.
