Fried Snacks, Non-Halal
I discovered a chinese fried snacks stall at the Kompleks Makanan Medan Renong Padang Kota Lama. long time haven’t been there… not sure when this stall was up but the last time i went, i didn’t see it. I ordered aroma prawns (RM12.00, 6 pcs and also with keropok). to me taste just so so as actually i don’t like this kind of fried prawns. regret ordering it but my friends said taste quite okay though. it is okay to me, just that i don’t like this type of deep frying prawns.
fried shishimo. RM12.00. now this is good. crunchy fish that you eat whole, bones and all. should have ordered more. one piece is quite small and eat, not satisfied.

the mixed snacks. RM14.00
satay and pandan chicken were good but, like the fried prawns, i don’t like the fried wantan!

this is not from the snacks stall of course but from the rojak and fruits stall. just to show the pretty presentation. mango and passion fruits swimming in ice.

The stall does not have a name but just something snacks. seller doesn’t look local. i thought at first japanese but maybe she’s chinese. sorry, photos doesn’t look too good as taken during the night (was there about 8.15 pm).
