A breakfast that I love, blanched kway teow with fresh chilli,minced meat, shrimp,garlic and generous serves of deep fried shallots that gives me an oomph!
Oh my! The prawn is so fresh and springy, and when I chew it together with the kueh teow and the crispy deep fried shallots,the fragrance of the shallots and the sweet juicy prawn, just one word to describe it Shiok!
