Chow Chu Mein, Non-Halal
Chow Chu Mein literally means fried and cook in broth noodles,I have this Rm7 fried noodles simmering in broth of meat, shrimp, garlic and veggies for breakfast and a cold tea,50 cent to goes with.
Basically they fried the noodles with garlic, lards until it’s fragrance, then added in the garnishing, meat, shrimp and veggies, put in some stock soup, preferably bone’s soup or chicken’s cube, let it simmered for a while or until the noodles is bloated slightly with the soup or gravy, then it’s ready to be serves.
That’s a very satisfactory breakfast this morning,I requested for a small serving and I wanted Jack Lian Ong fried the noodle until it’s smoky or wok hei then added in the broth.
